Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, there are some advantages to having an account with us:
- Faster checkout process;
- You can easily view your order status and order history;
- You receive updates about news and special promotions.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page and you will be directed to a page where you can set a new password.
What happens if I entered the wrong email address?
Please contact us as soon as possible to change your email address. We can change: the email address, name, and address, but we cannot modify an order that has already been placed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal payments, and bank transfers.
How secure is my online order?
When you shop online with your card, all data is entered on an SSL-secured site. The information is encrypted and transmitted to the payment service provider's network, where it is authorized. We do not store your card information on our servers.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order (in whole or in part), even after the customer has received confirmation or the card has been authorized. If the card has been authorized and the order is canceled, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.
Please note: orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I change the shipping address after I have placed my order?
No. The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using your home address instead of your office address, as we cannot control customs clearance times.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option chosen. After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information, usually the next day. Tracking becomes visible approximately 72 hours after shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order has been shipped. You will normally receive the tracking information the day after shipment. You can track your order [here] (the corresponding link should be inserted).
What do I do if items are missing from my order?
If something is missing, contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation.
When is my order processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During busy periods (holidays, sales), processing time may be longer.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of placement and are shipped the following day.
We do not deliver on weekends.
If more than 5 business days have passed since payment and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us.
How can I return an item?
